How are ratings calculated?
Ratings are based on user reviews, public data, and manual validation following the review framework explained on our How We Review page.
Can companies pay to improve their score?
No. Companies may advertise on the platform, but they cannot buy a better rating or influence our editorial decisions.

Do I need an account to leave a review?
You can browse without an account, but you'll need to sign up to leave reviews or save favorites.
How do I report an inaccurate review?
Use the report option next to any review or contact us directly from the Contact page.
